Haida Visions – Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Haida Visions. Our Merchandise products are created on demand and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Because each item is made specially for you, our returns and refunds work a little differently than traditional retail.
This policy applies to products purchased through our online shop that are fulfilled by Printful. It does not cover original artwork or other non-Printful items (which may have separate terms).
1. Made-to-Order Products
All Haida Visions apparel and merchandise are print-on-demand, created only when you place an order. We do not hold inventory and cannot resell most returned items.
For that reason, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Change of mind / buyer’s remorse

Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant

Disliking the fit or style after delivery
Please check the product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we’ve got you.
We follow Printful’s quality guidelines, which cover:

Manufacturing or printing errors

Items that arrive damaged

What we offer in these cases:

A free replacement of the affected item, or
-
A refund to your original payment method
What you need to do:

A description of the issue

Clear photos showing the problem (damaged area, misprint, wrong item, etc.)

In most cases, you do not need to send the item back; Printful reviews the issue based on your photos and our report. Printful Help Center
If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
3. Lost Packages & “Order Not Received”
If your order hasn’t arrived:

First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Confirm the shipping address you provided is correct.
If the package still appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open a claim with our fulfillment partner. Printful+1
Depending on the carrier’s investigation and Printful’s findings, we may:

Reship the order at no additional cost, or
-
Issue a refund if a reship isn’t possible
4. Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address
If an order is returned to the sender because of:

An incorrect or incomplete address, or
-
The package not being claimed at the pickup location
we can reship the order once you provide an updated address. In these cases, you may be responsible for the additional shipping cost, as Printful does not cover these errors. Printful Help Center+1
Refunds are typically not provided when the address error was made by the customer.
5. Returns for Size, Fit, or Change of Mind
Because our products are printed on demand, Printful does not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference issues. Printful Help Center+1
Accordingly, our standard policy is:

No returns or refunds for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style

No refunds for buyer’s remorse or change of mind
If you’re unsure about sizing, please refer to the size chart included in each product listing before ordering.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law or where they arrive damaged/defective:

Gift cards

Digital/downloadable products (if offered)

Items marked “final sale” or otherwise noted as non-returnable
7. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To start a return-related request for damaged, defective, or missing items:

8. Processing Time & Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Printful

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Replacements will be produced and shipped under the usual Printful production and shipping timelines.
9. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region. Where such laws provide additional protections, those rights take precedence.
