1. Who We Are & What We Offer

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

4. Shipping, Fulfillment & Delivery

Many of our items are fulfilled on demand through a third-party fulfillment partner. Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the fulfillment and shipping method selected.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier (or upon receipt, depending on shipping method).
We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or other third-party issues outside our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because many of our products are print-on-demand, with limited ability to restock or resell returned items, our return policy is more restrictive than traditional retailers.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for products due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color, style preference, or fit).
However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing/manufacturing error, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue.
Upon verification, we will offer either a replacement or a refund (to the original payment method), at our discretion. You may not need to return the defective item.
Lost or undelivered packages: contact us within 30 days of estimated delivery to report the issue. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner and/or carrier to resolve the problem; depending on the outcome, we may reship or refund your order.
If a package is returned to us because of an invalid or incomplete shipping address you provided, we may offer reshipment once you provide correct details — but you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haida Visions shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or purchase of products — including lost profits or loss of goodwill.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with a product is a replacement or refund as described in Section 5.
